About Us

Establish in 2003, founded by David Russel Whitcomb. David graduated from Metro State college in 1994. He began his recovery journey from alcoholism prior to his undergrad program. David felt relieved to know and learn about addiction and alcoholism and dedicated his life’s work to helping others through their process. He was known as a gentle giant, a genius with a big heart. There was no one he would not lend a listening ear, time, support, and words of wisdom too. He was a mentor, and a friend to all. Using his 35 years of recovery to inspire others.

Saddlerock Counseling’s mission is to continue the work that David Whitcomb started, offering genuine quality of service while passing on the spirit of recovery and support to others.
